About Simpsonville, KY - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

A home rule-class city situated in Shelby County, Kentucky, Simpsonville has an estimated population of more than 2,500 residents.  Lying east of the city of Louisville, it has two constituent neighborhoods with much of the housing stock built relatively recently.  The economy is robust, and abundance of jobs and amenities are attracting a steady influx of new residents every year.

Named after Capt. John Simpson, who was killed at the Battles of Frenchtown, the city of Simpsonville is surrounded by many premier horse farms that offer top-notch boarding, desirable amenities and comfortable accommodation.  It’s also home to Kentucky’s only Outlet Mall, which breathes new life into the retail business in the area.

The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass - a 366,750-square feet outlet mall near Interstate 64 - is growing quickly and houses many anchor stores, including American Eagle Outfitters, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Tommy Hilfiger, Old Navy, Polo Ralph Lauren, Gucci and Nike. With Louisville soon to be short of development property, growth is inevitable in Simpsonville as there are many commercial outlets available for sale due to the expanded Interstate 64 interchange and Outlet Mall.

Real estate in Simpsonville is among the most expensive in the State of Kentucky. Homebuyers have a variety of housing options to choose from, including single-family homes, patio homes, apartments and townhouses. There are also many eateries located throughout the city that offer cuisines from across the globe to satisfy your taste buds.  Furthermore, Simpsonville Parks and Recreation manages the park system in the city, which has a variety of events and activities that both kids and adults can enjoy.

As far as education is concerned, eight public schools, six high schools and ten middle schools serve the students of the city. For parents who want to explore private options, Simpsonville also boasts two private elementary schools, two private high schools and two private middle schools within 20 miles of the city.

The city of Simpsonville receives 47 inches of rainfall and 12 inches of snowfall per year. With the average high in the summer months around 88 degrees, it’s important to have a reliable air conditioning system in place to keep you and your family comfortable. Moreover, since the mercury drops as low as 20 in the winter months, it’s highly recommended that you install a heat pump to make it through the season.
